At MyBorosil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your glassware or kitchen appliances arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and manuals before our courier partner arrives for pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
